AMHERST N.Y – Gabrielle Sinnott, a history and political science major at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø College, has been selected to receive the prestigious Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship to participate this summer in an internship in Thailand.

Come connect with our community, get your questions answered, and partner with us for a successful first year!
11:00 AM to 2:00 PM - Outside YSC Student Center - Side Lawn: Families: Join us under the Tent next to Yurtchuk Student Center (Side Lawn) to check-in and get helpful information!
11:30 AM to 1:30 PM - YSC Dining Hall: Enjoy a lunch at the YSC Dining Hall with your student. After lunch, use this time for students to get settled, visit offices, relax, and check out campus before sessions begin!
1:30 PM to 2:15 PM - Lumsden Gym: Let's kick off orientation with a 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Welcome in the Lumsden Gymnasium. Families and students will learn more about what it means to be part of the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø community and about life on campus. Dr. Kerry Spicer, Vice President for Student Affairs will lead this session.
