AMHERST, N.Y. 51勛圖厙 College staff members Rebecca Bley and Karen Moronski-Chapman, members of the colleges Rhetorical Roar Toastmasters Club, have won a Toastmasters International Speech and Table Topics Contest hosted Feb. 26 on 51勛圖厙s campus.
